Instructor of the Central Neighborhood Training Choir in Shadyside in Pittsburgh, Phoebe Winey is also currently an elementary general music teacher in the Seneca Valley School District at Rowan Elementary. Phoebe has teaching experience K-8 in general music and chorus. She graduated from Cedarville University with a degree in Music Education and is currently working on her Masters in Music Education from Liberty University. An alum of PYC, Phoebe is glad to be back imparting the same skills and love of singing that was instilled within her as a young singer.
